Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Designer on TeamViewer's design team, you'll tackle one of design's most exciting frontiers: making intelligent automation feel natural and trustworthy. You'll design experiences where AI assists millions of users in complex remote support scenarios, balancing autonomous capabilities with human control, clarity with simplicity, and innovation with usability. If you're energized by systems-level thinking, ambiguous problem spaces, and building the future of human-AI collaboration, this role offers the autonomy and impact to do your best work. 

• Own End-to-End Design for AI Feature 

Design and deliver high-quality user experiences for AI-powered features from discovery through launch—including user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and collaboration with PM and engineering to ship production-ready solutions. 

• Translate Complex AI Capabilities into Intuitive Experiences 

Work closely with ML engineers and PMs to understand technical capabilities and constraints, then design interfaces and interactions that make intelligent features accessible, transparent, and trustworthy for both technical and non-technical users. 

• Communicate Design Vision and Rationale 

Present design work clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences—including team members, stakeholders, and executives—articulating user insights, design decisions, and trade-offs to build alignment and drive projects forward. 

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in software or digital products 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work—from research and ideation through shipped products 

• Proven ability to design for complex, technical products or workflows 

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product management teams 

Ideally (not mandatory):

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technical tools 

• Systems thinking approach—demonstrated ability to design at scale across multiple surfaces, platforms, or product areas 

• Enthusiasm for being an early mover in AI/UX design and defining new interaction paradigms
