Responsibilities

Join TeamViewer as a Working Student in one of our Software Development teams

• Reinforce the team with its modularization and restructuring tasks

• Work primarily with C++ using different compilers on different operating systems

• Support the development and optimization of internal tools

• Implement measuring methods to derive key performance indices regarding the restructuring efforts

• Collaborate closely with experienced engineers and researchers in a dynamic, cross-functional team

Requirements

• You’re currently enrolled in a university program in Computer Science or a related technical field

• You have solid programming experience in C++

• You’re curious, eager to learn, a team player and able to work independently

• You’re familiar with version control systems like Git

• You’re fluent in English — additional languages are a plus

• Nice to have: Experience with other object oriented programming languages

• Nice to have: Knowledge about software build systems like CMake and/or automation server like Jenkins

• Nice to have: Familiarity with different operating systems such as Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, Windows

• Nice to have: Previous experience through personal projects, open-source contributions, or internships in related areas

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
