Responsibilities

Join TeamViewer as a Working Student in our Software Development team and help us explore cutting-edge technologies that shape the future of intelligent software.

• Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning and computer vision techniques based on recent academic publications

• Translate complex ideas from whitepapers into efficient, production-ready code

• Support the development and optimization of internal tools and libraries

• Work primarily with Python and C++ to build and refine ML/CV solutions

• Collaborate closely with experienced engineers and researchers in a dynamic, cross-functional team

Requirements

• You’re currently enrolled in a university program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• You have solid programming experience in Python and/or C++

• You’re curious about machine learning and computer vision, and enjoy diving into academic research

• You’re familiar with version control tools like Git

• You’re fluent in English — additional languages are a plus

• Nice to have: Experience with C#, Swift, or Unity

• Nice to have: Familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or OpenCV

• Nice to have: Previous experience through personal projects, open-source contributions, or internships in related areas

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
