Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner with agile Scrum teams, leading product initiatives from planning through release.

• Craft and manage the product roadmap for a widely deployed product, integrating advanced features such as zero-trust security.

• Serve as a bridge between customers and development teams, converting feedback and pain points into clear product requirements.

• Track and report on KPIs relevant to our solutions, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure clear understanding and support of product goals among development team members.

• Oversee the agile product development process.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Software Development, UX, Marketing, and Sales to ensure cohesive execution and delivery.

Requirements

• A university degree in a technology or business-related field 

• Experience in B2B Software Business

• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders  

• Confidence to represent the organization both internally and externally 

• Hands-on mentality combined with willingness to multi-task to get things done 

• Excellent communication skills backed by the ability to influence 

• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
