Responsibilities

• Act as a Product Owner (all genders) within an agile Scrum team, closely collaborating within the Product Management and Development team to lead product initiatives from planning to release

• Craft and manage the OT-focused product roadmap for a widely-installed product, integrating OT & zero-trust security features effectively

• Serve as a bridge between customers and the development team, converting customer needs & pain points into clear product requirements, and tracking KPIs relevant to our OT remote access solutions

• Ensure clear understanding and support of product goals among the development team members

• Lead the agile product development process, overseeing the integration of OT product capabilities, and collaborate with various departments including Software Development, UX, Marketing, and Sales

Requirements

• A university degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field

• Proven work experience in the following areas: product development, software development and quality assurance

• Demonstrated expertise in software development, with a strong emphasis on OT & Embedded technologies and solid understanding of embedded systems and Linux operating system.

• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear product features and user stories.

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and regulations in OT environments, industrial control systems (SCADA, PLCs, etc.), Qt and network architectures is a plus.

• Proficiency in English is a must, additional languages such as German are beneficial
