Responsibilities
As Product Owner (all genders) in our agile scrum team, you'll:
Own and execute one or more features and modules within TeamViewer Frontline (https://www.teamviewer.com/en/products/frontline), from ideation and discovery through delivery and iteration.
Collaborate across teams within Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Support to build a compelling roadmap with global impact.
Champion the customer, translating feedback into clear requirements and KPIs, and ensuring the team delivers the most valuable outcomes.
Drive insight-led decisions, using qualitative and quantitative data such as telemetry and surveys, market trends, and competitive analysis to validate product ideas.
Enable seamless delivery, ensuring your team understands the purpose, deliverables, and impact while removing blockers.
Balance feasibility and innovation, partnering with engineers to deliver intuitive, technically sound solutions that delight users and scale efficiently.
Requirements
Experience: Several years as a Product Owner in software environments, or equivalent experience. Background in SaaS, AI, B2B, logistics, field service management, communications or authoring software is a plus.
Technical fluency: Comfortable working with engineering teams and participating in technical conversations. Have a basic understanding of SaaS technologies and concepts, previous coding experience is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
Agile Development: Ability to act as a value maximizer. PSPO certification or equivalent is a plus.
Customer-centric mindset: Strong empathy, ability to synthesize feedback, and translate it into actionable insights and clear priorities.
Analytical skills: Familiar with data-driven decision-making and confident defining and tracking product KPIs.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in agile environments where priorities can shift and evolve.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English, with experience working in international teams. German is a plus.
Educational background: Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
