Responsibilities
Approach existing customers to ensure a high service level and customer retention
Establish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone and e-mail
Discover cross and up-sell opportunities with the existing customer base
Follow up and negotiate with customers to prevent churn and generate pricing quotes for renewals
Collect and analyze feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty
Requirements
Fluency in French is a must and English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
Experience in sales, customer retention or customer service, ideally with up-selling and cross-selling
Ideally experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge
Strong communication skills, positive attitude and enjoy working in an international team
Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Scrutiny of customer data management and renewal processes.
A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve common goals.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high workload.
