Responsibilities
As a key member in our global Tax team, you are managing all kind of direct tax matters for several legal entities and permanent establishments within the Group. Your focus is on all kind of corporate income taxes, withholding tax management and operational transfer pricing together. This includes managing annual tax returns, current and deferred tax bookings, managing tax payments, WHT and PE topics, TP checks and local TP filings, preparing entity data input for global CbCR filing and other projects. You also set up and maintain tax compliance checks and controls for your legal entity. You act as main contact for external advisors and tax authorities and work closely with our accounting team to get the necessary local GAAP data. You play a vital role in strengthening our global tax compliance processes and driving the digital transformation of our tax function.
CIT Compliance & Filing: Manage and coordinate the preparation and filing of annual corporate income tax returns, withholding taxes and PW filings for global entities within the TeamViewer Group.
Withholding Tax & PE Topics: Handle WHT compliance and support the assessment and documentation of permanent establishment risks across jurisdictions.
Operational Transfer Pricing: Conduct operational TP checks and ensure accurate implementation of intercompany pricing policies; support local TP documentation and filings in coordination with external advisors.
CbCR Data Preparation: Support the global tax team in collecting, validating, and preparing data for Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) in line with OECD and local requirements.
Tax Compliance Checks and Controls: Design and implement tax compliance checks and internal controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness of tax filings and documentation.
Digitalization & Efficiency: Collaborate with the global tax team to evaluate and implement digital tools that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of tax compliance activities.
Tax Legislation Monitoring: Stay up to date with international tax developments and assess their impact on the Group’s tax compliance obligations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, and external advisors to ensure tax compliance and support audits and inquiries.
Requirements
Experience: 6–10 years of relevant experience in corporate tax compliance, preferably in a multinational company or Big Four environment.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of CIT regulations and international tax principles, including TP, WHT, PE, and CbCR.
Tools & Technology: Experience with tax compliance software and ERP systems; interest in digital transformation and process automation.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; able to collaborate effectively with global teams.
Analytical & Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and strong analytical skills to manage complex tax data and compliance requirements.
