Responsibilities
Assist in the development and documentation of internal processes, guidelines, and reports related to customer experience
Support the maintenance and management of customer experience tools and systems to ensure they are functioning effectively
Conduct research and data analysis to prepare for internal and external stakeholder workshops, and contribute to discussions with valuable insights
Conduct market research efforts to identify industry trends and best practices related to customer experience
Maintain and organize the Customer Experience TeamBase Page, including updating documentation and creating new content
Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external meetings and workshops related to customer experience
Requirements
Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of business administration, economics, marketing or any other related field
Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
Customer-centric mindset and passion for improving the customer experience, including the ability to put yourself in the shoes of the customer and advocate for their needs
Analytical skills and experience with data analysis

Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:
€1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract
€1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract
€1,400 for a full-time internship position
