Responsibilities

• Support brand diagnosis by consolidating inputs from brand studies, customer research, internal feedback and ongoing competitor reviews.

• Collect and structure brand and AI visibility signals from cross-functional teams to monitor how TeamViewer is perceived over time. 

• Assist in maintaining and improving the brand dashboard and help share key updates with marketing and regional teams in a clear, simple way. 

• Help manage the customer story pipeline: collect story ideas from Sales, Customer Success, events, review sites and other touchpoints into a central overview. 

• Help with amplifying stories by reviewing existing content, preparing summaries and overviews that can be reused by marketing, sales and regional teams. 

• Support basic asset organisation: storing links, PDFs and videos in the right folders and tagging them for easy reuse. 

• Assist with desktop research and benchmarking of other B2B brands 

• Help keep project trackers and action lists up to date for key brand projects. 

• Support ad-hoc tasks for the Global Brand & Creative team where needed 

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology or a related field. 

• Strong interest in brand management and how brands are built in B2B tech. 

• Confident with Microsoft Suite and happy to work with data tables and simple charts. 

• Very good PowerPoint skills: you enjoy creating clear, structured slides. 

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficient in German to review and draft short texts. 

• Reliable, organised and curious; able to work independently and communicate clearly with different stakeholders.

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
