Responsibilities
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable HR Generalist (all genders) to support HR operations across Germany and EMEA. You’ll handle contracts, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance topics while working closely with internal HR teams and external authorities. Strong knowledge of labor law, a hands-on attitude, and discretion are key in this role.
Competent and service-oriented contact person for managers and employees as well as HR Operations Specialists on all HR-related matters (Germany and EMEA), and regarding company-specific HR processes and standards (worldwide)
Organization of the administrative handling of entries and exits (employment contracts, warnings, terminations, and termination agreements), as well as all documentation throughout the employment relationship (maternity leave, parental leave, contract adjustments)
Independent review and signing of documents and agreements within the area of responsibility in accordance with delegated authority
Communication with external bodies, such as immigration authorities
Preparation of reports and coordination with the relevant departments
Participation in the preparation of the annual financial statements and HR-related data for internal and external publications. Ensuring accurate collection and preparation of HR key figures for reports and analyses
Participation in internal company projects
Trustful collaboration with other HR departments (Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Training)
Project-related special tasks and continuous improvement of internal departmental processes
Requirements
Completed studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a generalist HR role or as a senior in HR administration
In-depth knowledge of German labor and social security law, as well as good understanding of legal conditions in the EMEA region
Confident use of HR software; ideally SAP HCM
Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Solution-oriented working style and a high level of initiative
Willingness to take responsibility
Discretion and a professional approach to handling sensitive data
Strong communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with employees and managers at all levels of the hierarchy
