Responsibilities:

The TeamViewer Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform finds and resolves IT issues before they affect users. Over the past several years we have successfully built and released products which makes IT administrators' day-to-day life easier. Our vision is to become THE unified endpoint management solution for our customers.

We are looking for an exceptional Senior QA Engineering with experience with manual and automated testing using tools such as Playwright and Postman.

You will define and maintain automated tests across API and web journeys, integrate automation suites into CI, implement contract and performance tests, and provide quality dashboards to guide releases.

• Define and maintain automated tests across API, web journeys.

• Own test execution in CI; manage test data and test environments.

• Implement contract tests for API/event compatibility and versioning.

• Establish performance baselines and quality dashboards, drive defect triage.

Requirements:

• A university degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology, or any other related subject

• 4+ years of experience in automated testing and overall 6+ years in quality assurance

• Knowledge of professional testing practices (SOLID) within the software development life cycle

• Proven skills and working history in design and implementation of automated tests

• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, team managers

• Experience in manual testing

• Working knowledge of AWS, and querying Mongo DB and MySQL databases

• Working knowledge of analyzing web pages via HAR files

• Working knowledge of analyzing application log files for initial triaging

• Web UI automation using Playwright and API testing (Postman/Newman/REST-assured); experience with Qt UI test tools (e.g., Squish)

• Performance testing experience using tools like JMeter.

• Strong attention to detail with a passion for learning and working with innovative technologies

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Familiarity with networking protocols and an understanding of network infrastructure related to software testing is a plus.

• ISTQB certification is a plus

• Familiarity with AI-based tools like Co-pilot for Test generation is a plus.
