Responsibilities

• Organize office operations and procedures

• Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies and equipment

• Plan in-house activities, launchings, parties, celebrations, and conferences

• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time

• Work on continuously improving service parameters, costs, quality and delivery in working closely with our internal requestors as well as suppliers

• Maintain a safe and secure working environment

• Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements 

Requirements

• Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of Business Administration, Office Management, Tourism/Event Management, or a comparable discipline.

• Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong organizational skills combined with a structured working style.

• Team player with the ability to work independently and efficiently when required.

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:

  • €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract

  • €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract

  • €1,400 for a full-time internship position
