Responsibilities
As a Team Lead, Inside Sales at TeamViewer, you will lead and manage the Inside Sales Team, driving performance and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Your role will involve strategic oversight, data-driven decision-making, and the development of sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute inside sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals and team KPIs.
Team Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the inside sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure peak performance.
Sales Training: Design and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and other departments to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update senior management on sales performance, market trends, and any challenges or opportunities.
Requirements
In-depth understanding of inside sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
Mastery of sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales analytics software.
Expertise in analyzing sales data to drive performance improvements and optimize sales strategies.
Advanced knowledge of industry regulations, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales training programs.
Independence in managing daily operations and driving the inside sales team's success.
Direct responsibility for achieving sales targets, team KPIs, and revenue goals.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French is preferred.
